I cannot recommend Amy highly enough to anyone who is buying a home in the Huntsville area. She worked with us to find a home while we were living out of town and navigating a tight time-frame with challenging and unique needs. She is very knowledgeable about important aspects of home construction/maintenance, local market trends, and the loan-acquisition and home-buying process. Even though we have purchased homes before, we found her hands-on approach extremely helpful to help us to avoid letting any part of the process fall through the cracks. She assisted us all the way through, even post-close, to ensure a smooth start to our life in Huntsville. We met Amy through family; she was highly regarded from their experience with her as their realtor. It wasn't until we started the process of buying our first home did, we finally realize how great she is as her realtor. We got to see first-hand how thoughtful and caring of an individual she genuinely is. Reputation is important and consistency no matter who it is or no matter the circumstance is important. Anyone can put on their best face or talk a good game but when things become difficult that's where you see who the person truly is. We were going through the home buying process on our newly built home, and she recommended Craig a home inspector. He caught some real big potential problems with the house. Amy was able to get the home builder to fix the ventilation in our home. It was a long battle, but Craig was right, and Amy didn't stop pushing on the seller until it was fixed. This was potentially a very serious mistake that would've cost me a lot of money later down the line to make right. Thankfully Amy and Craig are truly skilled in what they do, and they fixed a problem before it could even get a chance to manifest itself. I honestly didn't see the importance of having a realtor at the start of our home buying journey but now I can say that it pays for itself to get yourself a realtor. Not only does it pay to get you a realtor, but it pays dividends to get you the best and Amy is hands down the best one out there. I didn't even have to sweat during this whole homebuying process, and I know it was because Amy was working hard in the background doing the things I wasn't seeing so I could take care of all the things I needed to take care of. Do yourself a favor and hire Amy she's the best, and the second best isn't even close!
