This was potentially a very serious mistake that would've cost me a lot of money later down the line to make right. Thankfully Amy and Craig are truly skilled in what they do, and they fixed a problem before it could even get a chance to manifest itself. I honestly didn't see the importance of having a realtor at the start of our home buying journey but now I can say that it pays for itself to get yourself a realtor. Not only does it pay to get you a realtor, but it pays dividends to get you the best and Amy is hands down the best one out there. I didn't even have to sweat during this whole homebuying process, and I know it was because Amy was working hard in the background doing the things I wasn't seeing so I could take care of all the things I needed to take care of. Do yourself a favor and hire Amy she's the best, and the second best isn't even close!
